"0/10 I trusted them with my business and information and I was put into a commercial policy that had nothing to do with my business. After 3 months of confusing the receptionist finally told me we not do policy for you type of business after being a paying customer for months. Not to mention Jordan is never in the office to handle or return phone calls. This was my worst experience ever. I’m currently trying to get a refund for the months of commercials insurance I paid for."

You communicated with Jordan on multiple occasions and your requests were shared with multiple representatives during your time with our Agency. Unfortunately the delay in providing the documentation you requested was due to Corporate processing, not within our control. And when the processing was completed, this was provided as requested.
